On July 27, 1972, Sheriff RICHARD NICKELL of Chelan County advised an informant of his has furnished information that [REDACTED] might possibly be identical with UNSUB in this case. Numerous efforts have been made to identify [REDACTED] all with negative results.
On January 17, 1973, Sheriff RICHARD NICKELL advised that his informant in this matter [REDACTED] NICKELL added that [REDACTED] but supposedly has [REDACTED] [REDACTED] the identity of his employer unknown.
