On July 27, 1972, Sheriff RICHARD NICKELL of Chelan County advised an informant of his has furnished information that [REDACTED b6, b7C] might possibly be identical with UNSUB in this case. [REDACTED b7C, b7D] Washington. He has [REDACTED b7C, b7D] by the [REDACTED] He is a sky diver and [REDACTED] is the [REDACTED]
Numerous efforts have been made to identify [REDACTED b6, b7C] all with negative results.
On January 17, 1973, Sheriff RICHARD NICKELL advised that his informant in this matter [REDACTED b6, b7C] NICKELL added that [REDACTED] but supposedly has [REDACTED b7D]
the identity of his employer unknown.
