From: Director, FBI [REDACTED]

TWACON

ReDAairtel to the Bureau 11/11/73.

Enclosed for New York and Dallas are two copies and for other receiving Offices one copy of a letter dated 1/26/74, from [REDACTED] of the Aberrant Behavior Center, Dallas, Texas.

---

By letter 1/2/74, to [REDACTED] furnished him a copy of the demand note utilized by unknown subject in captioned case. As indicated in his letter 1/26/74, [REDACTED] has now requested further data from Bureau files and it appears he will be requesting information on a continuing basis in his efforts to further his theory that [REDACTED] was responsible for TWACON and other similar unknown subject cases. Extensive FBI investigation to date has failed to disclose any evidence which would link [REDACTED] to other similar cases. A careful examination of the information [REDACTED] furnished [REDACTED] on interview 12/6/73, as set forth in reairtel furnished no information of value to our investigative efforts and [REDACTED] is not desirous of furnishing additional material to [REDACTED]

---

Accordingly, Dallas is requested to immediately contact [REDACTED] and acknowledge his letter. Politely

advise him that we appreciate his concern in these matters; however, we must respectfully decline furnishing him further information from our files involving pending criminal cases. We will not hesitate to contact him regarding any matter in which we feel his services will be of value; however, we are not in a position to furnish information on pending matters for private research. To do so would establish a practice outside our authority and could materially hamper our investigative efforts.
