As indicated in his letter 1/26/74, [REDACTED] has now requested further data from Bureau files and it appears he will be requesting information on a continuing basis in his efforts to further his theory that [REDACTED] was responsible for TWACON and other similar unknown subject cases. Extensive FBI investigation to date has failed to disclose any evidence which would link [REDACTED] to other similar cases.
