The following investigation was conducted by SA [REDACTED] at Worland, Wyoming:
On 2/24/75, Sheriff JAMES WARILLA, Washakie County Sheriff's Office, advised he was personally familiar with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] inasmuch as [REDACTED] resided in the b6 area of Tensleep, Wyoming, from approximately 1970 until the b7C first of 1975. He further advised [REDACTED] did not have a b7D criminal record; however, he was the type of person who would commit questionable acts. He advised [REDACTED] on occasion.
