Sex Male Race White Age 23-30 Height 5'11" - 6'0" Weight 160 - 170 pounds Hair Dark Brown, long Characteristics Wears wire rim glasses, has full beard and mustache.

He requested that any other investigation conducted concerning COOPER in the Reno, Nevada area, that his name be kept confidential, as he stated if it ever got out that he had furnished information concerning COOPER [REDACTED] he would be "wiped out."
