Re Denver airtel to Seattle, dated 3/24/76.
All investigation in this matter has been completed and there has been no positive results to indicate that [REDACTED] should be considered a suspect in this matter.
It is noted photographs of [REDACTED] have been obtained and they do not bear a resemblance to the artist's composite.
In addition, it is noted [REDACTED] at the time of NORJAK and his weight is normally listed at 160 pounds. Finally, [REDACTED] has [REDACTED] and if he lets [REDACTED] In view of the obvious discrepancies, as well as any positive information, that might indicate he is connected with this crime, as well as the fact that all logical leads have been conducted concerning [REDACTED] no further investigation will be conducted concerning him at this time.
