All investigation in this matter has been completed and there has been no positive results to indicate that [REDACTED] should be considered a suspect in this matter.
It is noted photographs of [REDACTED] have been obtained and they do not bear a resemblance to the artist's composite.
In addition, it is noted [REDACTED] at the time of NORJAK and his weight is normally listed at 160 pounds.
