What does the scan show?
A person reads every report. Corrections are made by hand, to the data — titles, dates, names, which pages belong together — never to the scans, and they can take a while to appear.

Re telephone call of SA [REDACTED] Fresno, California Resident Agency to SA [REDACTED] Seattle Division, 11/30/76.
Enclosed for Seattle are two copies of an FD-302 reflecting interview of [REDACTED]. Original FD-302 will be forwarded under separate cover.
---
On 11/26/76, [REDACTED] telephonically contacted the Fresno, California RA, and advised that he had seen recent publicity concerning the five-year anniversary of the D. B. COOPER hijacking incident, which prompted him to contact the FBI and relate a suspicious incident which he witnessed near Ellensburg, Washington, on the same night as the skyjacking.
Arrangements were made to interview [REDACTED] on 11/30/76.
---
On 11/30/76, the information contained in the enclosed FD-302 was discussed with SA [REDACTED] Case Agent, SC [guess: Sacramento] Division, and it was ascertained from this conver- sation that due to an approximate 60-mile difference in geographical location, it would be very doubtful that this incident had any relation to captioned matter.
This information is being provided to Seattle for whatever further investigation is deemed appropriate.
