On September 9, 1977, [REDACTED] Tillamook County Sheriff's Office (TCSO), advised that [REDACTED] was the former [REDACTED] of a small newspaper, [REDACTED] Oregon. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] approximately one year ago; however, still resides in the [REDACTED] Oregon area. [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] is a white male American, 5'11", 170 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, Social Security No. [REDACTED] address in March, 1976 - [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Oregon. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] was [REDACTED] TCSO on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] provided a date of birth of [REDACTED] at the time [REDACTED] advised that he would attempt to determine [REDACTED] current address and would provide the same to the FBI.
