On January 4, 1978, [REDACTED] Oregon, advised her records contained no information identifiable with [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] did reside [REDACTED] until late October, 1977, when [REDACTED] The [REDACTED] who resides at [REDACTED] noted that [REDACTED] operated the [REDACTED] newspaper until approximately one year ago when the paper ran into money problems and was closed. She advised she has no forwarding address for [REDACTED]

On January 4, 1978, [REDACTED] advised she was acquainted with [REDACTED] [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] lived at [REDACTED] for approximately three years. He operated the [REDACTED] but the business folded about one year ago because of financial problems. [REDACTED] advised that [REDACTED] continued to reside in [REDACTED] and worked as an [REDACTED] reporter for a newspaper in the Willamette Valley, possibly in Portland, Oregon. He was also a free-lance artist. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] was considered a good tenant even though he had recurring financial problems.
