[REDACTED] telephone [REDACTED] was contacted on March 21, 1989, she advised that [REDACTED] was approximately [REDACTED] years of age at the present time. She said that he looked much older than his age. She believed that he looked about 60 years old. [REDACTED] believed that [REDACTED] birthday was sometime late in [REDACTED] but she did not know the exact year. [REDACTED] had no further information regarding [REDACTED] beyond which she provided as set forth in the earlier memorandum dated July 27, 1988.
