Enclosed for Seattle Division are two copies of two inserts.
Numerous attempts from early September through December, 1989, to interview [REDACTED] regarding the captioned matter have been unsuccessful. Telephone number [REDACTED] is a Provo unlisted number. Numerous telephonic contact attempts were conducted on various days at various hours without success.

On 12/8/89, the Salt Lake City Division telephonically contacted case Agent [REDACTED] of the Seattle Division regarding the difficulties involved with the [REDACTED] interview. SA [REDACTED] advised that, due to other investigative concerns, the Salt Lake City Division should not interview [REDACTED] until further advised by the Seattle Division.
