periodically at both Elsinore and Perris, California. He advised he would cooperate in any way possible, adding he personally was at his place of business on 11/24/71, and appointments on the calender of his personal secretary would indicate his activities on that date.

[REDACTED] who was very cooperative and knowledgeable regarding parachute jumping, advised he has observed the artist's conception of the Seattle hijacker and recalls none of numerous parachutists with whom he has associated with at both Elsinore or Perris, California, who resemble the artist's conception. He noted that in his opinion the hijacker was a novice who had not been through any organized jump school or had military jump training. He based this opinion on the fact the man had used a strange parachute to jump with, adding he could not believe an experienced parachutist would not arrange to have his own chute on board with him.
