On 3/29/90, [REDACTED], Lighthouse Point, Florida, was interviewed re captioned matter.
[REDACTED] advised that he was convicted on a [REDACTED] and spent from [REDACTED] in Federal prison in Seigelville, Texas. [REDACTED] is presently on Federal probation and advised his probation officer is [REDACTED], Fort Lauderdale, Florida. [REDACTED] emphatically denied being identical to subject in captioned matter and it was obvious from [REDACTED] physical description and the interview that they are not identical.
