On 2/20/80, [REDACTED], supra, and [REDACTED], were contacted at their residence, and [REDACTED] displayed a corner of a $20.00 bill which he found on the Tena Bar. He stated that he found this item sticking out of the sand near the area searched by the FBI. ADMINISTRATIVE
The corner of the $20.00 bill provided by [REDACTED] in no way resembles the sections of money found during the search on Tena Bar. It is the opinion of the writer that this item was placed there as a practical joke. The section of the $20.00 bill provided by [REDACTED] has been placed in a 1A envelope for the file.
