On December 3, 1971, [REDACTED], North Albany, Oregon, advised SA [REDACTED] that on November 24, 1971, at sometime between 7:30 and 8 p.m., she heard a jet plane fly over [REDACTED] with the engines obviously straining. Approximately 30 minutes after hearing the jet, she heard a helicopter in the area. [REDACTED] specifically recalled that she had heard the jet prior to 8 p.m., in that she had been watching a particular television program.
