On 4/13/72, SA [REDACTED b6/b7C] reviewed the bank records of RICHARD FLOYD MC COY, JR., at Walker Bank and Trust Company, Salt Lake City, Utah, which indicated an application for bank credit card dated 1/20/72, and outstanding obligations as of that date included $40 to Master Charge; $650 to BankAmericard; no amounts owing to Wachovia Bank and Trust, but prior loans were indicated. Overall review of other checks indicated MC COY had extensive financial obligations, including others than those listed on the bank credit card application.
