HE IS IN HIS EARLY SIXTIES. HE IS TALL AND THIN. HE RESEMBLES THE SKETCH OF D. B. COOPER. HE IS INTELLIGENT. HIS SCRUPLES ARE QUESTIONABLE. HE BOASTS HE DOES NOT PAY INCOME TAX. CHRISTMAS VALLEY IS IN DIRECT LINE FROM PORTLAND TO RENO.
