On 12/1/71 SGT [REDACTED] Tacoma P.D., pointed out that TONY FERNANDEZ came in to the jail about three months ago and [REDACTED] thinks that the artist sketch of subject looks like FERNANDEZ now looks. [REDACTED] stated he specifically noted FERNANDEZ because there did not seem to be any purpose for his visit.
LEAD: At Longview,
We need an up to date photo of subject. The photo at McNeil does not meet his present appearance. When FERNANDEZ received his degree from PLU photos of him were taken and it is believed published in the Longview paper. Try them for a more recent photo.
