[REDACTED] stated he specifically noted FERNANDEZ because there did not seem to be any purpose for his visit.

LEAD: At Longview,

We need an up to date photo of subject. The photo at McNeil does not meet his present appearance. When FERNANDEZ received his degree from PLU photos of him were taken and it is believed published in the Longview paper. Try them for a more recent photo.
