Re Phoenix airtel to Minneapolis, dated 5/12/89 and telcal between SA [redacted] Phoenix Division, and SA [redacted] Seattle Division, on 10/4/89.
Information provided telephonically to SA [redacted] by SA [redacted] Minneapolis Division, indicated a woman who may be [redacted] and the sister of D.B. The woman may have an outstanding traffic warrant, but local police would not serve their warrant because of her location outside of their jurisdiction. Therefore, indirect contact with the woman to obtain family information was not possible.
