Information provided telephonically to SA [REDACTED] by SA [REDACTED] Minneapolis Division, indicated a woman who may be [REDACTED] and the sister of D.B. COOPER may be living in the St. Paul, Minnesota area. The woman may have an outstanding traffic warrant, but local police would not serve their warrant because of her location outside of their jurisdiction. Therefore, indirect contact with the woman to obtain [REDACTED] was not possible.

SA [REDACTED] concurs that direct contact should be made with this woman.
