SUSPECT: CHARLES GUGGLEMAN, aka CHUCK
SA St John advised several people have stated the composite of unsub resembles a Charles Guggleman aka Chuck who is a free lance pilot out of the Oswald Flying Service, Tacoma.
On 11/30/71 [REDACTED] Tacoma, advised he is acquainted with Guggleman who now flys out of Payne Field.
[REDACTED] stated in his opinion the composite photo does not resemble Guggleman nor does the descriptive data of unsub fit him. He stated Guggleman is at least 6-2 and weighs 200# giving the impression he is much heavier. He does have a dark complexion and dark hair. [REDACTED] advised it is his understanding Guggleman is in debt but he could furnish no other background information pertinent to instant case.
