Obtain detailed information concerning his employment and residence location from 1965 to the present, especially to include location in November, 1971. Obtain DNA sample (oral swabs) and submit to Laboratory, DNA 1, Attention [REDACTED].
2. Following interview and obtaining of voluntary DNA sample, arrange to obtain major case prints from Peterson and forward to Latent Fingerprint Section, Attn. [REDACTED] for comparison with latents recovered in this case. Previous automated searches have been conducted, however Peterson's prints are not on file.
