RE: [REDACTED]
On 1/25/72 [REDACTED], advised that the night before at about 1:30 AM Seattle, he had a call from [REDACTED] whom he knows as [REDACTED] [REDACTED] He advised that on the Saturday afternoon [REDACTED] had offered him [REDACTED] to provide him an alibi for some time in November, 1971.
[REDACTED] is supposed to be out on [REDACTED] bail now on this charge. He was supposed to meet [REDACTED] [REDACTED] some time between 1:30 and 2:00 PM on 1/25/72; however, when [REDACTED] went there, [REDACTED] did not appear.
---
[REDACTED] described [REDACTED] as being 45-50 years of age, hair rather crew cut style with a receding hair line. [REDACTED] did not know what the charge was outstanding against [REDACTED] but in view of the timing and his ready availability of substantial funds, he considered maybe he would be a suspect in this case.
It is suggested that [REDACTED] be contacted, interviewed in detail, to see if he has any information of value in the NORJAK case.
