On February 1, 1973, [REDACTED] advised under the name ROBERT E. HELINA, date of birth, August 27, 1938, he located an expired driver's license record from the files of the Department of Motor Vehicles, Driver's License Divi- sion. He said this license expired in 1964 and therefore there would be no photograph available. The only record he shows is that HELINA has blue eyes, 160 lbs., 6'1", and re- sided at 2526 Northeast 90th, Seattle, Washington. He was arrested on July 11, 1967, for speeding and also cited for having an expired driver's license in Municipal Court, Seattle.
There is no other information available except the file does indicate he went out of state, but it does not dis- close to what state.
