Vehicles, Olympia, Washington, advised that Washington License GA 4568 was registered to a 1953 Chevrolet pickup in the name CHARLES E. COOKE, 23206 - 96th West, Edmonds, Washington. She added that the only vehicle registered to FLOYD M. BARNEY, of 206 "C" Street, Tenino, Washington, was a 1972 Ford pickup, bearing Washington License GH 7223.

It would appear that FLOYD MARION BARNEY is identical to the LLOYD M. BARNEY, as mentioned in referenced letter, however, it should be noted that BARNEY is 66 years of age and almost completely bald, and therefore it would not appear that he is identical with UNSUB known as D. B. COOPER.
