ADDENDUM:
In connection with my discussion with [REDACTED]
on 11/23/76, she pointed out that at the present time they have
no agreements with any organization or firm concerning the
identity of the UNSUB in this case; however, they have been
making some initial contacts with a JOHN M. BANKS, who is
apparently the owner-operator of Underwater Salvage and Elec-
trical Exploration Company, Kirkland, WA, concerning the under-
water search of a lake into which it is believed the UNSUB may
have fallen. BANKS had indicated to their company that if the
search was agreed on and he was able to locate either the victim
or any evidence, i.e. money, parachute, etc., he would immediately
notify the FBI and their firm. She again pointed out that they
have made no firm commitment with this individual.
