SAC, SEATTLE (164-81) 12/29/71

ASAC PAUL R. BIBLER

NORJAK

[REDACTED] Northwest Airlines called.

He said there had been a change in availability in aircraft, and that they definitely would not have the plane on the 3rd or 4th; they were thinking now in terms of the 5th, 6th or 7th, with the 6th being the better date.

I told him we would continue to work out arrangements with the Air Force, and when this had been finalized, we would let him know, and then when his airplane was available, everything would be ready.

I advised OLROGG to tell the Air Force of this change.
