SETUP: [REDACTED] A plan has been submitted to the Ballroom Office on the setups for Statler II and Hiltons I, II, III. These will require 8' [REDACTED] tables, the delivery of which has been arranged by the Society. Each table is to be covered with a green cloth. If there is not a sufficient number of green, white cloths can be substi- tuted.

Statler I will be set up with 6' tables provided by the hotel. A floor plan for this setup will be supplied by [REDACTED] Please place a standing mike near Statler I entrance.

[REDACTED] Many of the individuals may require spotlights. Would you please be on hand. Each exhibitor will pay for his electrical supplies and equipment.
