SETUP: [REDACTED] A plan has been submitted to the Ballroom Office on the setups for Statler II and Hiltons I, II, III. These will require 8' [REDACTED] tables, the delivery of which has been arranged by the Society. Each table is to be covered with a green cloth. If there is not a sufficient number of green, white cloths can be substi- tuted.
Statler I will be set up with 6' tables provided by the hotel. A floor plan for this setup will be supplied by [REDACTED] Please place a standing mike near Statler I entrance.
[REDACTED] Many of the individuals may require spotlights. Would you please be on hand. Each exhibitor will pay for his electrical supplies and equipment.
[REDACTED] It is expected that the subject group will bring in their mater- ials to the hotel at 8:00 AM on Thursday, November 23. They have been instr ucted to park their trucks at the Bagley entrance side and use the freight elevator to move their equipment in. Please have an engineer on hand to operate the elevator. There will be no charge for this service.

4:00 PM - On Hospitality IVORY ROOM An 8' high platform to be placed at the front of the room with a 6' table and four chairs. A standing lectern to be placed next to the table. To be set to capacity with card tables and four chairs each. One exhibit table to be set at the inside entrance of the room with two chairs.
