6:00 PM - On Registration MEZZANINE FOYER Six easels (see diagram for registration setup)
4:00PM - On Security Room PARLOR F Eight 6' tables stacked and two chairs to be placed on the walls of the room. Also, place one rollaway in the room, and one 6' table to be used as a desk. One easel outside of room.
4:00 PM - On Hospitality IVORY ROOM An 8' high platform to be placed at the front of the room with a 6' table and four chairs. A standing lectern to be placed next to the table. To be set to capacity with card tables and four chairs each. One exhibit table to be set at the inside entrance of the room with two chairs.
