Enclosed for Seattle are two photographs of suspect [REDACTED]

At approximately 11:10 p.m. on 12/14/76 an anonymous white female telephonically advised that she is aware of the true identity of D. B. COOPER. She refused to furnish COOPER's real identity but stated he is employed with United Airlines (UAL) at Cleveland Hopkins Airport (CHA). She recently observed a composite photograph of D. B. COOPER in a Cleveland newspaper, and she advised she was overwhelmed by the resemblance of the composite to the un-named individual who works at UAL.

---

She advised that un-named individual is a white male, [REDACTED] but that he looks to be in his mid-40's. She further stated she believed this individual to have been a paratrooper and that he might possibly be currently en- listed in the Air National Guard at either Columbus or Mans- field, Ohio.

---

Throughout the telephone call she continuously refused to furnish the look-alike's name but advised if the composite photograph were displayed to employees of UAL at CHA, this man's identity is certain to be determined.

On 12/21/76, conference was had with [REDACTED] Customs Relation Service, UAL, CHA, and
