[redacted] made available his supervisor's copy of UAL Service Employee records in regards to[redacted] which disclosed that[redacted] came to work at UAL as[redacted] Photograph of[redacted] attached to this record is believed taken in[redacted] copies of which are being forwarded to Seattle. between[redacted] on UAL flights. He received his initial training in Denver, Colorado, and was stationed at New York JFK Airport, La Guardia Airport and Newark Airport. According to[redacted] was checked out on a Boeing 727[redacted] and[redacted] on a 737 in[redacted] In[redacted] was furloughed (laid off) by UAL. He was rehired in[redacted] [redacted] he was placed[redacted]

His records indicate that his address between[redacted] [redacted] Ohio, and for a period of time in[redacted] lived[redacted] [redacted] New Jersey. Next address on record according to UAL files was as of[redacted] and was[redacted] [redacted] Alabama. As of[redacted] he returned to his[redacted] Ohio address.
