16. INDORSER ☐ I AM UNABLE TO EVALUATE THIS OFFICER FOR THE FOLLOWING REASON:
Lieutenant Countryman has the ability and knowledge to be a fine Military Police Officer. However, too frequently he has attempted to do so many outside jobs that he has not properly carried out his duties with the unit and could not be relied upon to attend the necessary administration drills. Upon discussing the matter, he chose to concentrate on his civilian positions of employment over his military obligations. This officer's conduct during off duty hours at ANACDUTRA greatly impaired his ability to carry out his assigned responsibilities.
