AT SAN MATEO, CALIFORNIA

On April 1, 1980, [redacted] (protect identity) furnished photograph of [redacted] whom he had previously stated closely resembled the subject of this matter.

Enclosed for both Seattle and Miami offices are two copies each of this photograph.

He stated that though [redacted] is [redacted] years old, his last recollection of him would lead him to believe that the man looked only 40 years old.
