A review of the records of the Everett, Washington, Police Department and Snohomish County Sheriff's Office, regarding [REDACTED] reflected no arrest record other than a [REDACTED] [REDACTED] from Everett, Washington, Police Department. No information could be obtained which would indicate that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] attorney, [REDACTED] a respected attorney in the Everett, Washington, area, feels very strongly that [REDACTED] Contacts made with other individuals, as set forth below, failed to reflect any inforamtion to indicate that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] It appears very unlikely that [REDACTED] could have been the individual involved in captioned matter as indicated by [REDACTED] Investigation set forth below tends to indicate that this would not be possible, however, [REDACTED] appears to sincerely believe [REDACTED] is the individual commonly referred to as D.B. Copper. Some of the facts related by [REDACTED] to support his belief were shown to not be true and when confronted with this, [REDACTED] appeared to want to discredit the information, refuting what he believes to be actual facts.
