Investigation conducted in Vancouver, Washington on February 1, 1988, by SA [REDACTED] produced the following results:
A search of arrest records at the CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE, Vancouver, Washington developed that [REDACTED] [REDACTED] had been arrested on four separate occasions by the CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
Sheriff Office records show subject's name as [REDACTED]
Height 5'9½" and Weight 150 lbs., light brown hair and hazel eyes. His complexion is shown as fair and medium build.
Subject was first arrested on [REDACTED] on the charge of [REDACTED] Records show the subject was released on that same day after posting [REDACTED] bond.
Subject's second arrest was on [REDACTED] on a charge of [REDACTED] Subject was released on December 11, 1964. Disposition is shown as dismissed by Judge TRUAX.
