Re Seattle airtel to Dallas dated 1/24/72.
RE: Suspect [REDACTED]
On 2/3/72, [REDACTED] born [REDACTED] 5'7½", 178 pounds, brown hair, and blue-grey eyes, was interviewed at his place of business, [REDACTED] California.
[REDACTED] advised he [REDACTED] [REDACTED] had traveled to Reno, Nevada, on 11/24/71. He stated that they had left Los Angeles International Airport via Holiday Airlines at 7:00 p.m., on that date.
On the same date, [REDACTED] [REDACTED] California, was contacted at her residence and corroborated the information furnished [REDACTED] and made available a copy of Holiday Airlines ticket dated 11/24/71 from Los Angeles to Reno, Nevada.
[REDACTED] was observed to be short and stocky in build with a very round face. He did not appear to resemble the artist's conception of the hijacker. [REDACTED] stated he had never been a parachutist and, although having obtained a pilot's license, he has not flown a plane of any kind for several years.
In view of the above, it does not appear [REDACTED] [REDACTED] warrants additional consideration as a logical suspect in this matter and no further investigation is contemplated at this time.
ARMED AND DANGEROUS.
