On 6/7/72 and 6/13/72 a [REDACTED] [REDACTED], Kent, Washington [REDACTED] appeared at the Seattle office. [REDACTED] stated that he sales some of the land that he owns and that a man named [REDACTED] is trying to buy some. [REDACTED] stated that the [REDACTED] has stated in the past meetings with [REDACTED] that he uses the name DB COOPER.

On [REDACTED] first visit to this office he stated that [REDACTED] is about 6' 1", 165 lbs, blond hair, wears glasses and doesn't smoke.

On [REDACTED] second visit to this office he sated that [REDACTED] is still trying to buy his land. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] [guess: said] was driving a a Oldsmobile. [REDACTED] stated that he has gone to the the King County administration bldg and had verified [REDACTED] address as being [REDACTED], Bellevue, Wn with a person named [REDACTED]. [REDACTED] also stated that he went to the public library and read the papers about the D.B. COOPER case. [REDACTED] stated that he has found out tha t SA TOM MANNING is the head investigator on the case. [REDACTED] also stated that the description of [REDACTED] is just like that of D.B. COOPER. [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] is [guess: WM] 5' 11" to 6' 0", 160 lbs, brown hair. The writer again asked if the [REDACTED] he knows wears glasses or smokes, [REDACTED] stated that [REDACTED] does not wear glasses and he does smoke.
