Build Athletic Complexion Pink cheeked, fair Age Approximately 36

Suspect DALE B. METCALF was interviewed at his law office, 473 Jackson Street, San Francisco, on 9/12/72, at which time he advised that he resented being accused of hijacking an airplane. He did advise that his calendar indicates that he was in Municipal Court, San Rafael, California, on 11/24/71. He declined to furnish a photograph of himself for display to witnesses but showed one of himself taken in October of 1971, and at that time his hair was shoulder length.

Because of METCALF's hostile attitude, the interview was concluded. However, from observation, it would appear that he is not identical with COOPER. He is only 36 years old. His hair is almost shoulder length and was longer in October of 1971. His features are blunt, with a flat nose and thick lips. His complexion is fair. It was noticed that he did not smoke during the entire interview, and there was no evidence of smoking materials on his desk or in his office.
