On 1/2/73, Sanpete County Sheriff GRANT LARSEN, (NA), Manti, Utah, telephonically advised that he had known [REDACTED b6/b7C] Manti, Utah, all of his life. Sheriff LARSEN stated there has been no large purchase of farms in the Manti, Utah, area or in the entirety of the Sanpete County. Sheriff LARSEN described [REDACTED] as follows:
Height 6 feet 2 inches Weight 160 pounds Build Slender Hair Blond Complexion Ruddy Age Approximately 31 years
Sheriff LARSEN stated that [REDACTED] has an arrest record for [REDACTED] [REDACTED] and LARSEN described him as a [REDACTED] He stated that both of [REDACTED] parents were deceased. He stated he was not sure as to the employment of [REDACTED] however, he was currently living in Manti, Utah. He indicated [REDACTED] always seems to be shy of money, however he does drive a late model pickup truck.
