Enclosed for Seattle are two copies each of three inserts setting forth investigation at Bend, McMinnville, and Salem, Oregon.
In view of the fact individuals close to [redacted] note his description is not in accordance with the des- cription D. B. COOPER and the fact [redacted] had two readily identifiable [redacted] is not believed to be identical to COOPER, and further investigation in this matter is not warranted.
