New Orleans File [redacted] failed to reveal any information to specifically establish the whereabouts of MERIT on 11/24/71. The only information which could possibly establish his whereabouts on 11/24/71, is an interview with [redacted] conducted on 12/29/71 in Forestdale, Alabama, which is referred to in re airtel. No other information exists in this file which specifically states the whereabouts of MERIT on 11/24/71.
In addition, review of New Orleans File [redacted] captioned [redacted] MISSING PERSON, 00: Jacksonville," also failed to develop any specific information as to MERIT's whereabouts on 11/24/71.
