Re Kansas City letter to Seattle 4/16/76.
On 5/18/76, [REDACTED] viewed a photo of JOHN RICHARD MERIT taken 11/4/69 at U. S. Penitentiary, Leavenworth, Kansas, and claimed this is the same individual he met while [REDACTED] and had talked of a plan to hijack an airplane.
At this time, no further investigation remains within Oklahoma City Division and this matter is considered RUC.
