(JIM) MIZER, Linn County Sheriff's Office (in which county Parker, Kansas, is located) advised that he is a life-time resident of Linn County and has been familiar with virtually every person in the small Parker, Kansas Community over the past twenty years. He advised that no one named RICHARD O. COOPER has ever lived in Parker, Kansas, to his knowledge. MIZER advised it is possible that a person so named could have lived in one of the far lying rural areas around Parker, Kansas for a very short period of time, however, he feels that if COOPER ever did live in Parker or in the Parker rural area, he (MIZER) would have become aware of his presence, had he stayed there very long.
