Dear Governor Ray;
I saw on T.V. Last night where you have announced that you are running for a second term.
My Article in the Yakima Herald Republic Valentines day I sent you and also President Carter congratulations on your second term in office. You have confirmed my Psychic prediction.
Governor Ray, there is something I wish to approach you about. And that is D.B. Cooper who Hijacked a jetliner in 1971 and parachuted into folklore somewhere in the area of Vancouver Washington.
Recently they found some of the loot in the sand beach near Vancouver wash. The FBI are still in a quandary about the find, and also the where abouts of the so named D.B. Cooper.
