Dear Governor Ray;
I saw on T.V. Last night where you have announced that you are running for a second term.
My Article in the Waking Herald Republic Valentines day I sent you and also President Carter congratulations on your second term in office. You have confirmed my Psychic prediction.
Governor Ray, there is something I wish to approach you about, and that is D.B. Cooper who Hijacked a jetliner in 1971 and parachuted into [guess: foliflore] Somewhere in the area of Vancouver Washington.
