Dear Governor Ray;
I saw on T.V. Last night where you have announced that you are running for a second term.
By Article in the Waking Herald Republic Valentines day I sent you and also President Carter congratulations on your second term in office. You have confirmed my Psychic prediction.
Governor Ray, there is something I wish to approach you about, and that is D.B. Cooper who hijacked a jetliner in 1971 and parachuted into [guess: folklore] somewhere in the area of Vancouver Washington.
Recently they found some of the loot in the sand beach near Vancouver wash. The FBI are still in a quandary about the find, and also the where abouts of the so named D.B. Cooper.
